A self-hosted RedTrack alternative

RedTrack prices three meters at once: events per month, logins, and tracking domains. Roitrack is one plan, $69 a month, and reads none of them.

Every RedTrack figure on this page was read from redtrack.io/pricing on 21 September 2026, from the Affiliates & lead gen plans. Both price columns are theirs — the page has a Monthly / Annually switch and shows both. Prices change — check theirs before you decide anything.

We sell one of these two, so every number below is theirs, from their own pricing page, with the date on it. You can check all of it in about a minute and we would rather you did.

Price

RedTrack publishes four plans before Custom. Events, users and domains are all theirs, off the same page on the same day.

PlanBilled monthlyBilled yearlyEvents/moUsersDomains
RedTrack Builder$79/mo$69/mo2M15
RedTrack Solo$169/mo$141/mo5M110
RedTrack Team$399/mo$333/mo20M550
RedTrack Enterprise$999/mo$833/mo75M15100
Roitrack$69/mounlimitedunlimitedunlimited

Read the monthly column, because that is the one you can leave. Roitrack at $69 a month is below RedTrack's cheapest plan billed monthly, and it is the same $69 they ask for a year paid up front. Ours is billed monthly and you can cancel any month, which is why the yearly column has a dash in it rather than a discount.

The second login is a $399 plan

Straight off their plan cards. Builder is 1 user. Solo is 1 user. The first plan that carries more than one login is Team, at $399 a month billed monthly.

RedTrack does sell extra seats at $29/mo each — but their own note puts that on Team and Enterprise. On the two plans under $399 there is no seat to add. So the second person who needs to look at your numbers — a partner, a buyer, a VA who checks approvals — is not $29. It is the jump from $79 to $399.

Roitrack includes unlimited users in the one $69 plan, with four roles and group-based access, so each person sees only the campaigns you assign them. There is no seat count to do arithmetic on, and no plan above the one you are on.

Roitrack Settings with Users selected under Administration in the settings rail, showing a table of seven rows with columns ID, Email, Role, Groups and Permissions. Row 1 is roitrack with a starred OWNER badge, all groups, all access. Row 2 is ops@rtdemo.online, ADMIN, all groups, all access. Rows 3 and 4 are lead.ig@rtdemo.online and lead.nt@rtdemo.online, both MANAGER, assigned to igaming and to nutra, both all access. Rows 5 and 6 are buyer.ig@rtdemo.online and buyer.nt@rtdemo.online, both USER, one group each, permissions dash. Row 7 is analyst@rtdemo.online, USER, assigned to both igaming and nutra, permissions dash. A green plus New User button sits above the table and the sidebar under the roitrack logo reads basic, latest. No seat count, user limit or upgrade control appears anywhere in the frame
Seven logins on the only plan there is: one owner, one admin, two managers, three users. The Groups column decides who sees which campaigns — two of these people see one group each. There is no seat counter in this screen because there is nothing to count.

Group filtering is applied server-side, not hidden in the interface, and a role change invalidates that user's session on their next request rather than at token expiry.

Every click is a line on the meter

RedTrack bills events, and they define the word plainly on their own pricing page:

“An event is a click or a conversion. If you are above monthly volume, nothing switches off and tracking keeps running — extra events are billed at $0.04 per 1,000 (Team $0.035, Enterprise $0.025).”

So the entry plan's 2M is 2 million clicks-and-conversions a month, and past it the meter keeps running at four cents a thousand. Nothing breaks — that is the point. The bill moves instead.

Roitrack counts clicks so you can read them, not so we can price them. The screenshot below is one month of a demo account: 225,280 clicks and 4,410 conversions. On a metered plan those are 229,690 billable events. Here they are rows in your own database.

Roitrack campaigns table with 22 campaigns across six traffic sources — TikTok, Facebook, Adsterra, Taboola, MGID and Propeller — each tagged to an igaming or nutra group. Columns are ID, Name, Source, Group, Clicks, Uniq, Conv, CPC, EPC, Cost, Revenue, Profit and ROI percent, with profitable campaigns in green and unprofitable ones in red. The total row reads 22 campaigns, 225,280 clicks, 207,222 unique, 4,410 conversions, $11,632.79 cost, $14,055.00 revenue, $2,422.21 profit and 20.8 percent ROI. The sidebar badge under the roitrack logo reads basic, latest
225,280 clicks and 4,410 conversions in the total row. Neither figure appears on an invoice, and a campaign that suddenly triples does not change what you pay.

A campaign that unexpectedly works is supposed to be good news. On one plan at one price it stays good news: no overage line, no upgrade prompt, no arithmetic about whether to keep it running to the end of the month.

Five domains on the entry plan

Builder includes 5 custom domains and Solo includes 10; RedTrack sells more as an add-on. Domains are how you keep brands, geos and clients off each other's reputation, so the number you need is usually decided by your traffic rather than by your budget.

Roitrack does not count them. Add a domain and the certificate issues itself — Let's Encrypt, or full Cloudflare mode with the DNS record created over their API from a zone ID and a token. Bulk-add a list at once. Live certificate status, so an expiry never surprises you.

Roitrack Domains page listing four domains in a table with columns Domain, Actions, Role, SSL, Nginx and Cert Expires. Row 1 is panel.roitrack-demo.online, role ADMIN, SSL letsencrypt, nginx active, certificate expiring 01 Oct 2026 with 10 days left shown in amber. Row 2 is trk-nt.online, role TRACKING, letsencrypt, active, 18 Nov 2026 with 58 days left. Row 3 is trk-ig.online, role TRACKING, SSL cloudflare, active, 16 Mar 2027 with 176 days left. Row 4 is demo.roitrack.app carrying both TRACKING and ADMIN badges, letsencrypt, active, 07 Dec 2026 with 76 days left. Each row has Issue cert, Check SSL and Edit buttons, and a toolbar above the table offers Add Domain, Bulk Add, Remove and Check SSL for all. The sidebar badge under the roitrack logo reads basic, latest
Two Let's Encrypt domains, one on full Cloudflare mode, one serving the tracker and the admin panel at once. The amber date is the product telling you a certificate is due in ten days — which is the entire point of watching them for you.

Where your data sits

RedTrack is a hosted service: your clicks live in their account, on their infrastructure. Roitrack installs on a VPS you rent, in your name, and the click data is written to a ClickHouse database on that machine. Nobody at Roitrack can read it, because there is nowhere for us to read it from.

That matters in three ordinary ways. Your raw rows stay queryable for as long as you keep the disk. Your traffic patterns are not anybody else's analytics. And the day you stop paying us, the tracker keeps running — what lapses is updates and support, not your data.

Roitrack Click Log, All Time, sorted by time descending, showing 22 rows timestamped 17 September 2026 between 12:04 and 12:08, with columns Time, Click ID, Campaign, Flow, Offer, Lander, IP, Cntry, OS, OS Ver, Browser and Device. Each row carries a full 36-character click ID and an IP address. Countries include Brazil, Indonesia, the Philippines, Turkey, Poland, Spain, Peru, Portugal, Mexico, Romania and India. Nineteen rows read Android and Chrome on mobile, one reads iOS and Safari on mobile, and two read Windows and Chrome on desktop; the OS Ver column is empty throughout. The Lander column reads Direct on seventeen rows and names a lander on five. The header bar reads 225,280 rows across 451 pages, and the sidebar lists Campaigns, Click Date Report, Offers, Affiliate Networks, Traffic Sources, Landers, Click Log, Conversions, S2S Log, Domains, Settings and Support
225,280 click rows, on your server, down to the individual click ID. On a metered plan every one of them is a billable event.

One plan, and nothing counted inside it

$69 a month is the whole price at any size:

Typical redirect is 1.6 ms, measured on the minimum spec rather than estimated. Worst 1% is under 10 ms, and sustained throughput is 1,000+ clicks a second.

Fifteen minutes to your first tracked click

Point a domain at a fresh Ubuntu 24 VPS, paste one command, add a source and an offer, launch a campaign. Updates ship through the interface afterwards — one click, no SSH.

Any traffic source or affiliate network works through URL templates and macros: ten pass-through sub IDs you name yourself, a cost macro, and an S2S postback back from the network. If it can fire a postback, it works here, and nothing needs an integration built for it first.

Facebook is wired in directly. One ads_read token covers every ad account you have — personal, agency, rented, across business managers — with no ad account IDs to paste and no list to keep in sync. Spend lands in your own database daily, and accounts billing in different currencies are each converted to USD at a rate pinned to that day. The Conversions API runs the other way: when your network fires a postback for a deposit or an approved lead, that becomes an event on your pixel, so Facebook optimises toward the payouts you were actually paid for.

Runs on any VPS from any provider, roughly $10–15 a month; Ubuntu 24, 2 vCPU / 4 GB minimum.
